In order to offer you the best possible service at the best price, we collaborate with various partners for sending your parcels. So, depending on destination, speed and cost, we ship with either Bpost, PostNL, DPD or DHL:
For the USA and Canada, we offer a choice between Bpost and DHL at checkout.
If you prefer to have your package delivered to a pick-up point from Bpost, DPD or DHL, please mention the pick-up point with it's address in the comment field at checkout.

Delivery Period
In Belgium and the Netherlands, when you order before 22h, your order will be shipped the same day and delivered the next working day. For most other countries, it also only takes two to five business days.
When your package is ready to be sent, you will receive an email with a track and trace code. This will allow you to trace your package.
Some larger items are available only on order. However, this is always clearly stated in the product description. You will then receive an email with the confirmation of the delivery date.
